my musical approach

I want to make music with the auteur approach of french new wave, that are untraditional, inventive, iconoclastic, and bold. I want my scores to utilize musical approaches from my non-western roots when possible. I want my music to imprint in the minds of listeners.

transcribed and studied:

John Williams, John Barry, John Powell

Michael Giacchino, Nobuo Uematsu, Craig Armstrong
